Melody and her daughter Melinda are the best hosts and made our stay very comfortable. We had fresh fruit for breakfast every day and, with a key box entry, could come and go as we liked. The house is full of charm, beautifully clean and there is a lovely porch to sit out on. We saw fireflies and cardinals, as well as deer in the garden. Yuletide is a magical place and we would love to come back.

If Melody is not on the superhost list, I think she deserves to be. Her home is beautiful— the perfect place to relax while working., clearing your head, taking time away from stressful situations. Location was amazing, the house and room were so homey. Melody, her family ( dogs, cat, daughter, other guests) were so friendly and welcoming I look forward to more stays.

Melody is a fantastic and accommodating host. Her home is beautiful and clean and a wonderful retreat from the daily hustle and bustle of the world. We were honestly sad to have to end our stay. We would most definitely not hesitate to stay at Yuletide again and would recommend it to anyone thinking to travel in the area!

This peaceful and tranquil gem of a property is located on 18 acres of pristine Delaware countryside that is a short drive to the beaches. Melody is an amazing host, is very attentive, and the kindest person. This grand and majestic house is custom built with the highest quality materials one can only find from past days. My room, bathroom, walk-in closet, and breakfast nook had everything I needed. I will definitely stay again!
