the bus is in the front yard of the the owners home. at first is seems awkward but when we arrived and were inside the bus it was fine. pictures are a little misleading when booking. i may have missed that in the description details . it was a little chilly when we arrived but there are heaters that you can plug in and it warmed quickly. No papertowels and if you want to shower bring your own shampoo, soap etc. there are a lot of stink bugs at night when you turn on the lights and ants along the counters inside. it's nature and to be expected but dont leave your drink in the counter. overall it was a fun experience and we did feel secluded when at the firepit in the evening and it was fun to watch the goats play.. overall it was worth it for a night away and Steve was responsive when I messaged him about firewood. they have bundles by the firepit for sale $5.00 a bundle and a lighter and hose to put fire out.

It was adorable. So clean and safe. It was the first time that I traveled alone with my daughters and when we walked in they were so excited to find their little rooms and cozy up. It was a super last minute decision and I threw them in the car as a surprise and the owner was really quick and responsive even though we didn’t get there until about 9pm. There’s even a camp fire spot. It was spotless with a kitchen, coffee maker and any thing you think you’d need, yes even running water in a bus!!! We got up the next day greeted by cute goats and drove about 10-15 min to Charlestown. Great quiet getaway close to a lot of great towns.

Had a great weekend at the Mint Chip. I wasn't sure exactly what to expect from the bus, but it had everything we needed and was lots of fun. Best part was watching goats from my bed in the morning. Great location to access parks and inviting small towns.
