Amazing stay. We loved the facilities (cabin, yard, Chapel, game room, firepit, fireplace, hammocks, etc), the hosts (Dana is so personable, kind, and helpful, just a pleasure to be around), and the value (our only regret is not staying longer!). You're going to love your stay at Blisswood.

We loved staying here so, so much and could never overstate just how special of a place you’ll find in Blisswood. The nature and lake views are all encompassing, but so is the feeling of staying in this serene, cozy environment. Our cabin was truly thoughtful and luxurious and had every amenity and touch of charm. And hosts Dana and Andy were the absolute warmest, most welcoming people. We felt like fast friends and can’t wait for any and every opportunity to come back to Blisswood!!

We visited Blisswood for three nights. We would have stayed longer if there was room. We stayed in the Perch cabin, which was right on the cliff overlooking Lake Michigan. There are three cabins and the lodge in the property, much like an Adirondack camp. While the cabins are somewhat close to each other, we had all the privacy we wanted. Dana’s listing and the Blisswood website accurately describes the cabins and the beautiful grounds. Dana and Andy are very attentive to details and couldn’t be nicer. The Tunnel of Trees is a beautiful, remote area of Michigan. What a relaxing way to spend a few days!

Our stay at Blisswood was perfect in every way. The Cabin, the view, the location, and our hosts. Description of the property is spot on and location is great, a short scenic drive from Harbor Springs with an awesome view of the sunset over Lake Michigan. Dana was so nice and helpful with everything from luggage to coffee. A perfect property for an UP NORTH getaway.
