Gillian was such a wonderful host! She went out of her way to help me feel settled and supported during my stay. I would highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation in the area.

Such an amazing place for vacation . My husband and I were here for our honeymoon and Gillian's place is just perfect for the event. Gillian gave clear instructions for check in and very proactive. There are lots of useful information for traveling in Cape town and around Simon's town provided in the house. The bed is very comfy and you have more than enough pillows for your comfort. You have everything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook during your stay. The bathroom with a walk-in closet is so nice and convenient. Walking distance to Boulder beach and the town area. The best part is the view from balcony. Amazing view for sunset and sunrise. We had a great time here. Highly recommend !

This was a lovely and restful place to spend a short holiday and I wish I could have stayed a few nights longer. Gillian has added lots of very thoughtful extra touches which make it extra special. Beautiful, peaceful location and amazing views. I chose this location because it was walking distance to boulders beach and also a quiet area. Gillian was always very helpful with any questions and has backup cooking and lighting for power cuts, which was much appreciated. Incase any visitors plan to use rideshares - waiting time can sometimes take a bit longer from Simonstown due to it being smaller than nearby towns, so I would suggest factoring that into planning. I hope to visit again.
