We have stayed at this property before and hopefully again in the future. It’s our go to property for our family’s summer vacation in Cape Cod. The house is exceptional and Yenny is very responsive. Actually the house gets better every time we see it because they keep making nice improvements/additions. Always one of my best AirBNB experiences.

We truly enjoyed our week at Yenny and Gregory's Sunscape. The house was perfectly appointed with many things for the kids to do after a long day at the beach. Very close to the rail trail for evening bike rides and the fire pit in the backyard is perfect for after-dinner drinks and Smores. Very close to Rock Harbor and Skaket beach as well as the rotary heading out to Eastham and the Outer Cape.

This place has everything you need and more. It is full of pleasant details for both adults and children. Once Yenny sends the address, the way she details everything you need to know about the house is perfect. Her recommendations are excellent. Without a doubt, this place is very close to everything. Recommended 👍 you will not regret it.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was spotless! Our kids loved the theater room. The house really felt like home for a week.
