We rented Rob's house in Minerva for a visit with our daughter, son-in-law and two young grandchildren from California because the house was a mere 5 minutes from our own home. The house was well-maintained, in a quiet neighborhood and allowed our family to gather at our home during the day and have very comfortable sleeping space each night. They were able to cook breakfast there in a well-appointed kitchen and then have their other meals with us. Our son-in-law had to do daily computer work with his California employer and the internet service was excellent for him We found Rob, our host, super responsive when they needed help adjusting the thermostat. This was our first experience renting a house on AirBnB and were very, very pleased. We highly recommend Rob's house for anyone needing space for visitors to Minerva, much better for our relatives than a hotel.

Me, my family and dogs had a wonderful time here. we even had to extend our trip a little because we weren't able to finish everything we wanted to do by the time check out was going to happen! the inside really felt like home and was so comfortable. we loved how quiet and walkable the area is. the place has a really nice backyard for pets; had bowls and dog treats available. we loved it here and will definitely come back if we stay in the area again. would highly recommend. the host was also very nice and answered any questions I had. thank you for such a a wonderful time!
