If you are fortunate enough to be able to book this amazing spot with this amazing host, pull the trigger! You will NOT be disappointed! The attention to detail in the home, the attentiveness of the host and the floor plan making the home FEEL 3x bigger than it is, is amazing!

Perla’s place was great! There are a ton of amenities (a well-stocked kitchen, toys for the kids, bathroom essentials, washer dryer, furniture and space for remote work, etc.), you can really tell Perla does a fantastic job at anticipating the needs of her guests! The kitchen is big and great for cooking meals between site-seeing. The kiddos absolutely loved the playroom and toys. The location was fantastic for our needs, close to grocery stores and restaurants as well as the beach/sand dunes - plus easy access to the highway to go into Monterey. Perla’s recommendations were useful and there was something for everyone. Overall, such a lovely accommodation for an amazing trip!

Lovely beach house! Spacious and very close to the beach. Perla is very communicative and easy to work with. 10/10 would book again!

We stayed at Perla's place for two nights. Overall I would say its good place to stay, if you have family and visiting monterey, carmel and the nearby areas. I would definitely stay there again. The house is spacious and we enjoyed staying there. It is stocked with utensils, had enough towels and blankets. One area of improvement I would say is the sofa bed is not that comfortable and that limits your option of sleeping if you have a big group around 9+ people since the sofa bed is counted into sleeping arrangements.
