Accommodation felt very homely but I wouldn't describe it as small. The single bedroom is particularly cosy and ideally placed if your partner prevents you from sleeping! The shower had good water pressure and the front garden was a great sun-trap throughout the day. There are two pubs, a supermarket and several take aways within walking distance. Lincoln is a short drive away in one direction and the coast in the other. Would recommend to others and stay again.

Our first impression of Hawthorne Cottage was one of delight. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The only complaint we have is that there was nowhere to hang our clothes, especially our coats, and also, for a month long stay in winter, as we had, the heating was a little inadequate for the cottage, and although Philip offered us an additional heater, this was not until 2 days before the end of our stay. However we found the neighbours extremely pleasant and friendly and everybody we met in Wragby, and would have no problem in recommendng the cottage to others

Philip place is very oka,there is a direct bus that link to Lincoln Central, from wragby just 10 minutes walk.All amenities are there as stated,we really enjoyed the place
