I loved this place! But it might not be for everyone. It sits just off of a busy Grand Ave, and there is traffic noise. It didn't bother me a bit. The place is spacious, bright and open, and comfortable. Just a five minute drive and you are walking on the beach. Easy access to the 101 and all that the five cities have to offer. David was a great host.
We had a nice stay at David’s place. Very convenient location and we will definitely consider staying here again.
As described comfortable calm quiet great bed. Close to beach or village. Plenty of eat even a food truck lot.
The house was as pictured and very easy to find. It is also close to restaurants and many places of interest. The ocean is very close. David is a superb host. He is very accomodating and responds to concerns quickly. He has lived in the area for a very long time and is familar with where to go for site seeing etc.He is readily available for anything one might need. He is friendly and from the begimming made us feel welcome. We feel as we have made a new friend

I’m originally from San Luis Obispo and have been a landlord / Airbnb host for over 12 years. My mother was born in Italy and ran a traditional 9 room bed and breakfast in Arroyo Grande for all of my childhood and young adult life. In college I worked in hospitality in many high end local restaurants and resorts. I received a degree is mechanical engineering in 2007 and worked in the field for 10 years before leaving it behind. I’ve been a licensed California real estate agent since 2010, and have helped many of my guests buy and sell in the area as well. I even offer special treatment to guests who become clients, so please don’t hesitate to ask! I strive to always be accommodating, flexible, easy going and detail oriented when it comes to my Airbnb business, and I’m super thankful to have so many respectful and appreciative guests staying in my units.
