Hamilton House annex comprises a lounge with French windows overlooking the front garden, kitchen/diner with access door to the side and rear of the property and purpose-built wet room. Upstairs are two bedrooms (a double and a single) and a bathroom with WC, basin and bath with shower over. Outside is a patio area to the rear and a terraced area outside the French window to the font of the property. The annex has gas central heating, a gas oven and electric ceramic hob and unlimited Wi-Fi. The Annex was purpose built in 1998 with disabled access in mind. It benefits from gas-fired cental heating and also has unlimited WiFi available. The Smart TV allows guests to use their own Netflix and Prime accounts to view their favourite programming. The front terrace is ideal for enjoying the garden in the morning sunshine, while the rear terrace allows you to soak up the afternoon sun with just the birdsong for company. The Annex adjoins the main property - Hamilton House - where the owners, your hosts live and are generally on site if you have any problems or queries. There is allocated secure parking within the grounds of the main house. Additional parking is available directly behind the property in a communal parking area.
