Decent place, but with upstairs guests being present (with pets), it made for lots noise during the night… dogs walking around right above our heads kept us awake. Shower was not super clean, and is need of repair (leaking hose) and could use new caulking - the stuff that was there was starting to rot and look terrible. The foosball and pool tables were nice to have, but both are showing signs of wear and could use some repair.

All in all the stay was worth the price. A couple things that need to be addressed though. -advertised keurig and local coffee; it did not. It Had a tiny coffee maker with nothing for it. - no dish soap left and the dish scrubber was gross -the thermostat is difficult to navigate it does not turn like the instructions taped to the wall say - the bathroom was dirty; shower has red rust stains all over the bottom (needs new caulking for sure) - the shower head and tubing has electrical tape on it which caused it to spray randomly -bed in pool table room closest to window is extremely wobbly we were afraid for our kids that were sleeping on it. - being a basement apartment was fine but I did not like that there was a twin size mattress against the access door to upstairs. Hazard for child and just seemed sketchy. The beds were very comfortable!! And every other room was very clean! Nice decor! We would definitely stay here again as it was just small issues but worth mentioning.

We had a great visit at this house. I didn’t read too much into the place before I rented it but didn’t expect them to live above the airbnb. Nothing on the owners just note this when booking. Lots of parking and the house was spotless. There was plenty of room to sleep too. The only inconvenience we had was the walking around upstairs late in the night and early in the morning. Other than that, I was satisfied with our stay! Really accommodating hosts!
