Grand et spacieux appartement (ce qui n’est pas une évidence à Venise), on peut vivre à 5 ou 6 sans problèmes, les chambres sont grandes, deux salles de bain… très agréable terrasse (partagée mais bien séparée de celle de l’appartement voisin), excellent emplacement à deux pas de San Marco mais aussi de l’arsenale et des jardins. Hôtes francophones très réactifs, plein de bons conseils, vraiment une super expérience.

Our party of 4 found this place ideal - we had 3 bedrooms (one was a sofabed) and 2 bathrooms, and we appreciated the kitchen cum dining room. We did not use the lovely outdoor terrace as it was a bit wet during out stay. Our hosts were friendly and helpful and we generally followed their instructions except one - they advised us to get a private water taxi from the airport to town, and we instead opted for the Alilaguna public boat - what a mistake, we should have listened - the difference in price was not so great and we would have had such a great sense of arrival in Venice....however, we took a private water taxi back to the airport and it was such a cool thing to do. The flat's location was 100% ideal - minutes from the water and St. Mark's Square. Brilliant.

A fantastic place in a beautiful location in Venice. Very helpful hosts- great communication and we really appreciated the tips on where to go on our trip. The rooms very spacious and comfortable, and the roof terrace superb. Thank you!

Gorgeous apartment in peaceful location yet only minutes from St Mark’s Square. Unusually for Venice, in a residential neighbourhood where you can see Venetians leading their daily lives. Beautiful spacious antique-filled rooms, lovely secluded terrace. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. The hosts were charming and gave lots of useful tips about where to eat and what to see. A perfect quiet retreat in a magical city!
