notre hote etait sympathique, nous l avons rencontré pour le chekc in. Bonnes informations pour les visites restaurants... par contre nous avons dù payer 24 Euros de taxe de séjour pour 2 personnes et 3 nuits. nous n étions pas au courant. l appartement etait propre et bien situé, il manque des tables pour plus de confort. une lampe ne fonctionnait pas, andrea devait la changer, car il n y en qu une dans l'appartement et il ne l a jamais fait durant notre sejour. on est deçu du check out. Une heure precise a ete convenu, on l a attendu, pas de nouvelles, on a du lui téléphoner, et la il nous dit que finalement on peut partir sans l attendre. Il aurait pu nous prevenir , on aurait moin perdu de temps. conclusion : le lieu est un peu cher pour la prestation. le roof top a une vue superbe sur Rome.

L'appartement proposé par Emanuela correspondait parfaitement à la description... Bien situé par rapport au Rialto, à la place St Marc, au pont de l'académie... secteur très calme mais tout près des restaurants et des lieux de vie... L'appartement était très propre très bien équipé très clair (6 fenêtres) et l'accueil d'Andrea à notre descente à l'arrêt San L'Angelo (5mn à pied de l'appartement) était vraiment super et rassurant... Ses conseils et recommandations pour nos premiers pas dans Venise ont été parfaits ! Séjour d'une semaine à Venise vraiment magnifique, en partie aussi grâce à ce bel appartement... Nous le conseillons sans hésiter !

Appartamento adorabile, curato nello stile, funzionale e completo in ogni dettaglio. Location centralissima, equidistante da tutti i principali punti d’interesse di Venezia. Pulizia ineccepibile. Comunicazione semplice ed efficace e cortesia deliziosa sia da parte di Emanuela che dei suoi familiari. Apprezzati consigli su locali in città e spostamenti, così come la disponibilità a tenere le valigie in deposito per un paio d’ore dopo il check-out. Che dire: consigliatissimo! We were contacted by Emanuela a few days before our stay to ask about our plans. She arranged for her son, Andrea, to meet us at the vaporetto stop and escort us to the apartment. Andrea was very friendly and helpful. He explained everything to us and gave recommendations for restaurants and tips on the best way to do things in Venice. He offered us an early check in which was really helpful. The apartment was just as described, spotlessly clean, lovely, and very comfortable. It was off the beaten track but close to Campo Santo Stefano with restaurants, shops and grocery store, and within easy walking distance of all the main sights. Also close to San Samuele vaporetto stop. The roof terrace was a lovely extra. We were also able to leave our luggage after check out which gave us more time before we left the city. Emanuela and her family were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. We loved the apartment and location and would not hesitate to stay here again.

A well furnished and located apartment with all the necessary amenities.. we totally loved our stay as a family and enjoyed the Venice trip thanks to Emanuela and Federico
