This house was the perfect cozy weekend getaway. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house is decorated with charm and thought. The backyard deck was perfect with the fire pit and hot tub overlooking the forest and trees. I only wish there was a direct staircase form the kitchen/porch straight outside.

Really great stay! Andy was wonderful and the place was beautiful. We truly loved sitting around and listening to the collection of curated records. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. The house manages to be simultaneously cute/cozy and also spacious/modern. The kitchen is incredible - very well equipped! There are art pieces and unique decor throughout the house. The thermostats work very well; we were always able to find a comfortable temperature. The hot tub is amazing! Make sure to turn on the colorful lights inside :) We really felt like we had everything we needed during our stay. And it's the small things too, like the cute food-shaped puzzles, the glass water bottles on each night stand, the interesting photo/art books, the detailed guest guidebook - it all added to the overall feeling of vacation, coziness, warmth, etc. Any cons were so minor that they are simply not worth mentioning. We strongly recommend this house!!!

This home is quite private, you'll see more deer than cars & people here. Access on the dirt road may be an issue for some in nice cars or poor weather. The bottom of the driveway (where you'd like to park) was rather muddy during our stay and honestly could be expanded to offer better access...but we're in a Jeep so it was all good. The home is pretty simple and mostly original to the build year however it all worked and had a charm to it. The place grew on us after a few days, we especially enjoyed using the wood burning fire place (it was COLD), awesome record collection, and well stocked kitchen. We didn't use the hot tub, or deck(s). During the "off season" there's not much nearby that's open, so be prepared to travel as necessary for meals & entertainment. We also appreciated the home being pet friendly, and not noticing much evidence of this perk. Overall, it's what we expected and we'd recommend it to others. One item we didn't like - cheap toilet paper, but that's an easy fix
