The staff come in and out of the house for no reason throughout the day without knocking. One morning while the woman were in bath towels the guard walked in without knocking to make himself coffee making all of them feel uncomfortable. The cleaning lady came in every morning but never cleaned the house or the bedroom. She kept asking if we wanted her to cook after we told her from the first day that we didn’t want her service. There was no respect for people's privacy all the women in the group felt uncomfortable and 3 out of the 4 didn’t even use the pool because the guard was always around. The bathtub was always clogged. Had to wait about 20 min for the water to go down. Some of the bathrooms didn’t have hot water. The AC in 3 of the room didn’t work. Most of the furniture looked old. It seems the picture was taken when they first got the place. The house is right behind the airport. You can hear airplane take off. If you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you.

The property looks exactly like the picture, with the exception of the 5th bedroom which was more suited for child's room. The pool was amazing and the best part of property. The house is very close to the airport and you do frequently hear the planes during take off and landing. The sound was loud but brief. The security guys were super friendly and helpful and their presence made you feel safe at all times. The maid was very friendly and she was an excellent cook. She made us an homemade Colombia dinner. The property is about 15 minutes cab ride from wall city. I would suggest you take Uber instead paying 60,000 COP to use their transportation guy. Uber rides were $3 to $5 USD.

So I will start off with possibly the only Con- and honestly it’s if you aren’t used to a city environment. With our group being city kids raised and living in Washington DC we are used to a noisy environment. So yes the Airbnb is literally right at the airport, like landing strip maybe less than 300 yards from the house, so you do hear planes leaving a good amount of time, but it is only for a 10 second or less period but one the less , you clearly hear it. Now that that is done, the house itself is dope af. The architecture itself is so industrial and just cool af to admire. The rooms were all comfortable and the bathrooms all adequate. The help that works in the morning for you all who can cook, and clean per request was always a great pleasure to have. The 24 hour security was also super appreciated. We did have a slight problem with water for a couple hours, but we made the request to one of the hosts and the issue was fixed faster than resolution time (2 hours) which was amazing.

Firstly, this place is well worth the money. Luz, Freddy, Jose, Colleen, and Lizz were amazing! They always helped us when we needed it and were very responsive, even though our group was not fluent in Spanish. However, the driver Manuel is definitely money hungry and they should look for another driver. He charged us 60 mil pesos per one way trip, and told us that if we ever needed to change a trip we would have to call him an hour ahead. We did that one day (called him 3 hours ahead to tell him not to come), he told us he wouldn't give us our money back for that trip, and that he already made time to get us. He also got upset when he asked me to cancel our Volcano tour with the group Backpackers because he wanted us to book it with him. Other than that the staff was amazing, property was pristine, location was beautiful, and we had a blast. Oh, the bathroom in the 1st king room doesn't like to flush properly, but we made it work. Excellent stay!

Great Place. Host was helpful with recommendations and providing extra services like transport. Support staff including cook and security staff are a great benefit. Will recommend and book again.
