Absolutely perfect. Booked for a girls weekend. Spacious, lovely garden, peaceful, blessed with good weather , the hosts had thought of everything, from labels on cupboards to list of things to do, easy walk to the beach. Nobody wanted to come home. Have definitely made some great memories and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or go back. Loved all the quirky bits which made it special. Shaz and Caz are the perfect hosts, not forgetting Harry the cat! Amazing home surrounded by home comforts, spotless clean and everything you need for a break away. lovely welcome pack with personalised pebbles and little note to welcome us... highly recommended and will most definitely return 👌 😍😘

This lovely home far exceeded our expectations. It was literally spotless and so comfortable – I slept really well there as it was quiet and the mattress was just right. Our hosts thought of everything and clearly wanted to help make our stay the best it could be. Definitely qualifies as a super-duper host!

We had such a lovely stay for my wife’s birthday. Shaz & Caz are immense hosts who answered every query before, and during, our stay and we loved their place, which is amazingly decked out, extremely comfortable and cosy. The place was spotless on our arrival and what a lovely welcoming hamper too! Situated in a quiet cul de sac in a very quirky ‘50s development, the place is ideally placed, very close to the sea front and convenient to visit the beautiful surroundings, such as Pevensey Castle, Herstmonceaux Castle, Battle Abbey, plus the towns on Hastings and Eastbourne. I can’t recommend Shaz & Caz’s abode and hosting skills! Thank you both for your wonderful hospitality.
