Le logement est très bien situé, très proche, calme, et dispose d'une cuisine. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour a Venise dans ce logement.

Horrible experience. Day after free cancellation lapsed, it was communicated that there was a problem with the room. Host refused for multiple days to communicate on Airbnb platform and unwilling to share alternative listing. Once agreed to the changes, sent incorrect information about additional fees regarding deposit and MORE cleaning fees with less than 15 hours prior to checking in via messaging app rather than Airbnb platform again. This was supposedly done in error but I’d recommend training staff to send on specific instructions for Airbnb guests particularly after a week communicating changes. All of this put a huge dent in the enjoyment of our vacation. These individuals are not a super host but a corporation with disjointed communication. Would never book again.

We had a great stay at Corte Nova. The apartment was spotless and very spacious, actually bigger than we expected from the pictures. The kitchen had all the essentials to cook a simple meal. The garden adjoining the unit is beautiful and we were the only people out there. The reception was very responsive and helped with our check-in and were accommodating if we had needed to drop our luggage off before check-in. The neighborhood is great, extremely quiet at night and had the feeling this is where locals live. At the same time, you can be in the heart of San Marco, etc., within an easy 10 minute walk. My husband has chronic back pain and we found the mattress very firm and comfortable for a 6-night stay. Also within very easy walking distance is Arsenal and the Biennale, as well as a well-stocked grocery store (literally a minute away). All in all, we highly recommend, would definitely stay here again!
