My friend and I enjoyed our stay here! The apartment is in a nice neighborhood above the family’s home. Shopping, restaurants, and Louisville attractions are within close proximity. The host was very clear with instructions and responded quickly to messages. The only suggestion I would have would be to make the house number more prominent, as the homes in the neighborhood are all similar and it was easy to go past the house without realizing. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

The apartment was tidy and peaceful, with no distinct odor. The bathroom was clean, and they provided shampoo and body wash and toilet paper. Any time I had a question, the owner was quick to respond. I was visiting from Arizona, and the max temp outside was 75 while the low was 50 Fahrenheit during my visit, but the apartment was always a very comfortable temperature. the apartment is also located very close to a public library and many restaurants and coffee shops as well as grocery stores. It was a very accommodating stay.

Matthew was a very responsive host and offered recommendations. His place is located in a nice area and we felt safe. Seemed clean but flared up my allergies pretty bad. I Felt like for a superhost that many upgrades could be done. But for the money we paid -not so bad. This was the first time I have stayed upstairs above a host’s home. Please note: You could hear downstairs. Flushing the toilet each time took a bit while holding down the handle. A TV in the bedroom would be a nice suggestion. On a positive note the bed was comfy. Overall for the area and money not a bad place.
