I'm allergic to any smell of smoke, even that from a smoker's clothes and beddings, which is why my place will NOT be able to host any smokers, even if you smoke outside only. Therefore, if you smoke either inside or outside the house, please look elsewhere. 2. Please read about your interested listing and all the house rules prior to reservation. It's a room in someone's house, NOT a hotel room. In order to maintain a clean and quiet, healthy and comfortable house for all, everyone is required to actually read and follow all the house rules. The house rules are stated clearly on each listing. There are also many notes posted around the house to remind you. Please look elsewhere if you do not feel comfortable or don't have time for reading, respecting and following the house rules and reminder notes. Anyone who books a listing for the affordable rate without the expectation, willingness and ability to respect the house rules will NOT be welcomed or recommended.
