Great location in relation to the river and Main Street, making exploring the town or the river an easy outing. Stanfordians are such friendly people and our neighbours proved this to be true once again.

This down-to-earth, unpretentious, characterful holiday cottage was perfect for our summer vacation needs: close to the river and also the village centre, on a quiet road, and a relaxing veranda and garden to wile away the long evenings. Thanks Dominique too for allowing our small dog - it was a privilege to holiday as a “complete” family in your easygoing space.

We had a most enjoyable long weekend in Stanford. Willow Cottage lived up to our expectations and proved to be a great find. The proximity to the river and town were definite bonuses. We loved every minute of this, pre Christmas mini-break.

Dominique was an incredible host. We felt so at home in her beautiful cottage. Awesome place to relax and unwind! She graciously allowed us to stay an extra night when we were stranded after the rains and river flooding!
