Dan and Erica were very courteous and helpful. They provided us with an early check in. Communication was top notch and instructions were amazing. They shared lots of recommendations - tailor made depending on the weather as well. There is a big Tesco within 5 mins (max) walking. The only thing to consider is slight traffic noise - this didn’t bother us but important to consider if you get disturbed by slight noise. I can assure you that you will not regret staying here. I will love to be back whenever possible.

This is our second stay at Dan and Erica's. It's so convenient for us when visiting our family in Whitstable. The flat is well appointed and has everything you could possibly need for a short stay. Communication with the hosts is excellent. The complimentary beverages in the fridge are much appreciated.

We had the most wonderful stay over New Year. Erica and Dan couldn't have done any more to make our stay so perfect. Its a little gem of a place within easy reach of Whitstable and we will certainly be arranging a return visit.

We stayed over Christmas whilst visiting famioly in town. It is nice and close to Tesco to get essentials but the walk along the crab and winkel to town is quick and peaceful. We found it a great base and a very comfortable home whilst we were there.

We'e stayed at Dan and Ericas place before and my colleagues loved this accommodation, it was clean and modern. Dan&Erica was also responsive and helpful, i'd recommend this stay :)
