Lovely stay at Chestnut Cottage with my 2 grandsons -aged 12 and 7. We felt very much at home as soon as we walked through the door. Everything was as described and the boys loved having their own space upstairs. A very communal space which suited us perfectly. Beth popped round to check we were doing ok and was very attentive whilst respecting our privacy. Many thanks Beth

Beth and her husband are lovely, genuine people. The accomodation is beautiful in a lovely location, perfect to base yourself to explore the countryside or just as a quite get away. Beth was easy to communicate with and very accomodating, the property was just as decribed and very clean; I would highly recommend.

We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived, we arrived before the official booking in time but this was not a problem as Beth was there to great us and explain how everything worked. Everything for our stay was provided including shower gel, washing up liquid, tea and coffee etc. On check out day we were told that we did not have to leave by 10.00 am as no one else was do to arrive and so could leave at our leisure, Beth really is a super host quite literally and if we needed to stay in that area again we would definitely look to her first.

Location was great for us for our activities of Emma Bridgewater factory and Alton Towers. Idyllic spot on a farm with lovely view of mums and their calves. Beth was great and definitely recommend Chestnut Cottage ☺️

Was a lovely stay at Beth's. She make us feel very welcome. Kids enjoyed their stay, especially having a full floor to themselves and a TV!! Great location for Alton Towers and the Monkey Forest!
