Lovely stay in lodge 70a. Clean and spacious, helpful little selection of kitchen bits; tube of washing up liquid, a few dishwasher tablets, couple of bon liners. One thing that you do need to bring is hand soap as there isn't any present in the bathrooms or kitchen. Fluffy towels provided. Very highly recommended. Nice bar and restaurant on site.

With an autistic child I booked this place for a half term break, due to the hot tub that was included in the listing. I messaged the host a few times to clarify that the hot tub was in fact available, due to my child’s needs. I had no response. I contacted Airb&b they confirmed both verbally and via email that the property had a hot tub. Great, I inform my child… NOT GREAT! On arrival no hot tub!!!! Again no contact from host, so I have to call Airb&b. Basically nothing could be done… we had to stay due to me now having a dysregulated/tired child and we had just travelled almost 3hours. It’s was awful, are first night was spent in tears. I was then told by Airb&b that the host had to amend the booking prior to my arrival. So where was my email, informing me of this. There wasn’t one. I still now, have had no contact from the host. My messages have read, yet ignored. Not so much as an apology. Very poor host!!! Would not recommend.

Extremely excited to stay at this resort, beautiful location, fantastic property but so many failings in one visit. No response or communication when messaged before visit, no reply at all for check in details or late checkout. Late checkout organised but cleaner/reception mistake and another party was booked immediately after us, so quickly had to vacate the family. Dish washer was broken and error code so hand washed all weekend for family. TV also did not work with internet/screen share for movies. Sewage smell coming from ensuite caused master bedroom to smell and unusable. However, facilities/restaurant at resort was great and staff at on site extremely professional. Very disappointed in what could’ve been a prefect weekend retreat for family.
