John’s place was nice. It looked like the pictures and he had some nice touches like snacks, waters, beach toys, toothbrushes and toothpaste. It was a little far of a walk to the beach but not bad. I would not say it is the most family friendly place if you have young kids. He does have a pack n play but that’s kind of the extent of it. The seating wasn’t great for young kids. It may be better if you have older kids. The washer and dryer worked great. The beds were on the firm side. Overall it was a pretty good stay but I would not book it again until my kids are older

We felt the space was excellent for our family of 5! The rooms with twin beds had excellent mattresses and were comfortable for our children. The master bedroom mattress was uncomfortable - thin padding over widely spaced springs. Other than the master bed, the bathrooms and kitchens were stocked, clean, and ready to use. The washer and dryer were very good quality for a few loads that we needed to wash. John was very accommodating, responded quickly, and allowed us to check-out late to catch our cruise. If we could give a 4 1/2 rating we would. The only thing we counted off for was the bed which is important to us. It was hard to get a good night's sleep on that mattress.

John’s place was in a great location. Everything was within a walkable distance. Enjoyed the ping pong table & cornhole that was provided. It was perfect for our group of 6. Arrived & everything was as expected! Will stay again if in the area.

Nice and really convenient home with plenty of room for a family or small group of friends. Host was flexible, kind and responsive.
