Amazing views. For those who love quiet (we do!) don't worry too much about the train tracks as the train is only 4 carriages and moves slowly, thus creating limited noise. Within walkable distance of St Ives (lovely walk). Having a private parking spot is *very* useful in Cornwall.

We had a fantastic stay! The flat is really clean and tidy, had absolutely everything we needed as a family of four. Great bedroom space and gorgeous bathroom and kitchen. Lots of space and the views are just unbeatable, even in the rain that we unfortunately had during our stay. The beach is a short walk (big hill) but absolutely worth it, super clean and calm. I’d highly recommend the train into StIves too, really close and much easier than driving. Local Tesco has everything you need too, and just a short drive. Thank you to Mark and Dee for a great stay and being so accommodating during our booking process. :) great hosts! Hopefully be back.

We had a great time at Mark and Dee's place. The flat is beautiful and more spacious than the photos revealed and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. My daughters loved the proximity to the beach and the books and games in the flat and my husband and I loved the amazing views and the huge bathtub as well as the easy short walk to the train station to St Ives and the restaurants nearby. The flat was in great condition with everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. Mark and Dee were wonderful hosts, so responsive and very kindly let us have a late checkout, which really topped off a fantastic stay.

Wonderful view and well located. Great being able to easily walk down to the beach in Carbis Bay and walk to the station. Well appointed accommodation. Everything you need in the kitchen plus more. Our children loved all the books, toys and other activities! Thanks Mark.
