This property is located in the heart of downtown Des Moines with quick access to almost anywhere downtown. Within a 5-7 minute walk: > Court Ave District > Western Gateway Park & Sculpture Park > Civic Center > Wells Fargo Arena > East Village > Wooly's > Science Center > Full scale grocery stores > Countless restaurants, bars and stores! Parking is not included but affordable parking garages are directly south and west of the complex right across the street! Metered parking is also available around the unit. Guests will enter into the main lobby and take a short elevated ride up to the cozy condo. Inside the unit features a full kitchen, dining area and breakfast bar, dedicated workspace, living room with smart TV, 2 bedrooms both with smart TV's while also having access to shared spaces such as a community area with games, 24/7 fitness facility and rooftop lounge with dog park/relief area. Sleeping Spaces: Master bedroom w/ queen bed - 2 people Secondary bedroom w/ queen bed - 2 people Couch - 1 person This is a downtown space and apartment complex and while it's not particularly noisy you may hear other tenants or cars outside occasionally.

Very comfortable, and not from the city so it was a really fun experience staying in a condo in the city! It’s very clean and move-in ready! Plenty of space for 5 quests and within walking distance of so many things. I would definitely recommend to a friend🙂
Dan’s place was fantastic! It looked exactly as it’s pictured, clean, and there is plenty to do surrounding the area. Dan is also super responsive which is a big plus. It was perfect our stay in Des Moines. Definitely recommend!
Stayed for an Iowa wolves game. And it was perfect! Great place to stay, very comfortable, and within walking distance of a lot of great food and bar options. Overall this was a wonderful stay.
Dan’s place was clean And comfortable for a girls weekend. Great for one night. Pretty noisy in the front bedroom. I had Read in reviews to bring earplugs for the front room and forgot. That would’ve been helpful.  The walls are thin and you can really hear the neighbors also. Like I said, great for a night. We had everything we needed. Dan was responsive, and the beds were comfortable.
GREAT stay at Dan's place! He was very quick to reply to questions and offer recommendations on things to do in the area. The apartment was beautiful and the perfect amount of space for the 4 of us. Easy to get in, navigate inside and walkable to so much in the downtown Des Moines area!

Walk everywhere! Between the skywalk system and the amazing location you can walk almost anywhere downtown in 5-10 minutes. Ubers are very accessible from this location with an easy pickup rightout side of the complex.
