Spacious and modern studio for rent in the heart of Paris, just minutes away from the iconic Eiffel Tower. This charming studio offers a comfortable living space, fully-equipped kitchen, and sleek bathroom. Perfect for a single person or couple, the apartment boasts plenty of natural light and beautiful Parisian views. Located in a lively neighborhood with an abundance of cafes and restaurants, this studio is the perfect base for exploring the magic of Paris. Studio, 1 bed, convertible sofa, kitchen, bathroom with the bath, toilet, balcony. There are always clean towels and bed sheets, shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, cotton pads, cotton buds, hair dryer, cleaning products, fan, bottle of water in the apartment. Upon request: baby cote and baby chair.

What a lovely apartment. Super close to restaurants, laundry facility, Eiffel Tower, Metro, Seine Rive etc. We felt like extremely safe at her apartment building and surrounding area. She was VERY easy to communicate with which is HUGE for me. She was super flexible and accommodating for our check in needs. Will recommend her place to all my friends and family.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Very cute and a very convenient location! The apartment can easily fit 4 adults and a baby if necessary. The kitchen was small but it had everything you’d need for your stay. Our only issue was the bathtub being elevated up but if you put a towel/piece of clothing on the ground for a better support you’ll be fine but again be cautious! I loved how close we were to the tower and you can see the top from the balcony. We were also close to the 2 bakeries because let’s be honest Paris is known for their pastries. Both of the bakeries are about a 5-7 minute walk away from the apartment we highly recommend The Duchess! The apartment is also walking distance from various restaurants, some of which close later. There is also a convenience store a three minute walk away from the apartment (walk to the end of the street and take a left at the restaurant, walk straight and cross the street, walk straight again and don’t cross the street turn left).

The apartment is very well-located, clean, and suited for a short stays. Instructions from Maria were clear, and the recommendations were practical. Would consider staying again for another work or personal visit in Paris.
