Amazing airbnb! Very cute and peaceful location with lots of things to do within walking distance. Matt was very quick to respond and gave super clear instructions on how to checkin. The condo itself is gorgeously furnished with brand new appliances and a very modern look, exactly as pictured. The condo was also fully equipped with pretty much any equipment that you'd need. I would highly recommend staying at this location!

This was my first time booking Airbnb and it was a great experience. When i first booked Matt answered a question we had. Closer to our trip Matt sent information we would need for checking in. When we arrived the property looked exactly as it does in the pictures. It is immaculate! Super clean and tasteful decor. Rooms are spacious. Beds are really comfortable. Bathrooms were spotless. Outside of the property the bus stops are close by and train stations are in walking distance. Matt and his place are a gem. Thank you!

Matt's place was convenient, affordable - or appropriately priced, felt safe and clean. Matt was a pleasure to rent from. He was accessible, responsive, and accommodating when we needed to check in early. He was proactive with helpful reminders and left clear and easy instructions for check out. The property worked out perfectly for a quick work trip to DC!

Matt’s place was spotlessly clean, bright, and spacious. Bedrooms are large, and beds comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Yang’s market, a two block walk, could supply the basics- milk, eggs, bread. Larger markets like Trader Joe’s are a half hour walk. There are stairs to the front door, another flight to the main floor of the flat and one bedroom, and another flight to the 2nd and third bedrooms. We were happy, but not a good choice if you have knee/mobility issues. We used Uber to get downtown (easy); and noted that there appeared to be on-street parking available if one had a car. A great place to stay. We would happily book again.
