Great stay. Really enjoyed it. Lots of space for our little one whilst learning to crawl. Our only minor issue was the telly was tiny for the space and the controllers didn’t work. Wouldn’t usually bother us but with a little one in tow we weren’t out for dinner or for drinks, we were in the property for the evenings. Loved the space. The rooms. The location. Amazing value. Would come back again.

Waited a few days for someone to contact me about a refund of some description for all of the issues , surprisingly they haven’t . No working tv free sat box . Even after reporting it when we first arrived they did nothing about it . We asked on day one if we could check out because of this and how grubby it was and was told no refunds . No pictures of the actual place , lovely space but poorly maintained and the to remotes were grotty as well as the carpet . The tiles missing ground and wobbly in en-suite , tiny tiny beds supposed to be for two adults, sunken floor board on the flight of stairs up to the first floor , I had to tell the kids to be careful of … really disappointing to be honest , will never stay there again and there’s no way those other reviews are genuine

The accommodation was better than we expected, spacious, clean & included most of what you need - toiletries, tea, coffee & biscuits! Couple of things that would make it even better would be mirror in downstairs bedroom & a hairdryer- but this is just personal preference & would just enhance what is already good. Parking is right outside the property & charged at £12.50 which is reasonable given the location. Check in is at a nearby hotel, reception staff very friendly. Would definitely recommend
