The house is newly built. A house fire devastated the prior building. So, Kyle the owner and his grandfather spent the next year building it by hand. All of the lumber for the house was milled just up the street. Built with lofty ceilings it is always bright and airy. Being custom made the counters are taller this makes cooking a breeze, not having to hunch over and cut veggies. If you need the corner store it is about 3/10ths of a mile from the house. We are working on the exterior of the house at this time for better and nicer patio conditions. Please stick with us on it, as we have been developing a property that’s 125 acres for hunting, hiking, biking, trail riding, motor sports, picnicking, and camping. The land is available for access but is 5 min up the road. However, The inside of the house is spacious and very accommodating. If you need any assistance or items you are unsure where it is, we are here to support In any manor. The house is new, everything is built with 9 foot ceilings so it feels super airy and bright. Please ask if you would like to spend time on the 125 acre property for any reasons. Each day new trails and walking paths are created. Open spaces and picnic areas are becoming more abundant!

Tyrany and Kyle were friendly when I checked in. Nice house in a rural neighborhood, very quiet. There are lots of lakes and rivers nearby for boating. The room has a small fridge and Keurig coffee maker. There is a little grocery/takeout store/gas station within about a mile and it's a 30 minute drive to Augusta for bars/restaurants.
Tyrany is a fantastic host and wonderful person! Location is very secluded and quiet. Highlight of the stay was seeing her animals, including 3 baby goats! Tyrany makes you feel right at home and is very quick to answer any questions or requests. Would love to stay here again!
Everything was great and the baby goat and kittens were a bonus! Very comfortable bed!
Tyrany is an awesome host! She was very responsive and was great at accommodating my stay. Even late in the evening when I was coming into check in. I was driving in a bad storm and I let her know I was going to be getting there late. She said no problem and told me to drive safely in the storm and she would still be able to meet with me to let me in. She is a great person and very kind and compassionate with people

This is a quaint little town so there’s not much around. In town about 12 minutes away there is the cutest little restaurant it’s called the chuck wagon and is like stepping back in time. Other then that there’s not much around. Having a car is a must.
You must have a car in this area. All places are either 45 min or and hour and a half away depending on day trips or larger shopping needs. The nearest town is 10 min away and has a hannaford and food city market, fuel and subway. The Cumberland farms gas station is about the only thing open past 9pm.
