Absolutely fabulous place. Right on the High Peak trail making it even better! Plumbed loo block and a tap for drinking water right by the entrance to the field. It was pretty windy and cold on the first night, but once that log burners fired up, it gets nice and cosy! The bedding was super warm and the bed extremely comfortable. Richard was so friendly and helpful :) The fairy lights are a cute touch too!

We had a lovely stay in the bell tent. Richard was helpful and informative. Great location with plenty of walks and lovely views. The tent was clean and the facilities were also clean and well looked after and just what we needed! would 100% recommend and happily stay again

Great stay. Pleasant host. Quiet site. Lovely comfy bed. All stuff provided for a coffee and cook your bacon in the morning. Pub down the road. Cycle hire up the road at the start of the High Peak Trail. Short drive to the big peaks. Ideal.

Absolutely lovely stay on this campsite in the glamping tent! Exactly as pictured and described, had everything we needed from a kitchenette, large bed, plenty of seating and wood burner. Richard provided the bed linens, blankets, tea, coffee, milk and even a lemon cake, thank you! He was flexible with check in time and greeted us, letting us know of some walks and pubs nearby. He even contacted me beforehand to give helpful directions to the site. Only thing that could be improved/more transparent about were the toilets, these were your typical campsite plumbed loos/showers so floors were a little dirty due to people walking in direct from the field, the shower curtain could do with replacing with a pvc one to resist the inevitable mould and liquid soap in the dispensers would have elevated the experience. But the toilets and basins were clean, loo roll provided, plenty of shelves and hooks for use to keep your things off the floor so overall a super lovely stay with great amenities!
