I said this to Sam privately, but I’ll share it publicly too… First winter away. Sam, his beautiful and comfortable home, and the great location made this our best winter ever! Sam really set the bar high…. He was more of a friend to us than a “landlord”, and we are so grateful to him.

Sam was one of the most amazing Host I have dealt with. Answered any and all questions very quickly. The place was very nice and very clean. No complaints or issues whatsoever on my part. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Sam.

Very nice accommodations, plenty of space for two guests.The clubhouse amenities were excellent, and had everything we needed for the stay provided. The host Sam was excellent at communication and very responsive. Enjoyed our stay.

We found Sam’s place to be a comfortable yet cozy home. He was very helpful and answered all my questions immediately. Very accommodating if we were to have needed an early checkin. They are overall great hosts. Would highly recommend staying at their home when in the Phoenix area.
