We had a really great stay here. The bedroom was very comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen were spotless. Jason was really nice and gave us good local recommendations. We would definitely recommend staying here.

What a great living experience! The bedroom and bathroom are clean and tidy, and the kitchen provides all kinds of cooking and tableware. The host was very nice and let me use the washing machine and dryer during my stay, thank you very much🥰

If you are looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay while visiting the Lake District, this is your spot! Jason is incredibly friendly, responsive, and there to make your stay great. His house was clean, comfortable, safe, and good location. Kendal is a larger town compared to Ambleside and Windermere with great restaurants and pubs, and a good home base. It is about 15 minutes from Windermere by car. Jason was there to greet us, hand us the key, and show us around, and was there at the end of the to return the key. Otherwise, he kept to himself, so even though it is a shared bathroom and kitchen, it felt very private. 100% recommend to anyone needing a great home base in the Lake District!
