Unfortunately I did not meet Catalina as she was on holiday but everything was well organized and described with many helpful hints. Catalina asked several times if everything is ok which made me feel at home and well cared. The apartment is in a quiet region, in the evening even lonely, only a few minutes by foot from the East River and Q103 bus-stop. Thank you very much Catalina for your hospitality.

Firstly, my heart felt gratitude and a huge thank you for the warm hospitality, Catalina is a beautiful and good-hearted person. I was greeted at the street entrance door, and she insisted on helping me carry my heavy luggage to the 4th floor. My room was on the back wall of the unit, so the very quiet and comfy bed was God sent. Across the road from the entrance is a mini-mart, 2 min walk to the river, park and ferry. 5 min walk to the train station and many restaurants within a radius of 3 mins in different directions. The rooftop has lovely distant views. Streets are safe, and everyone is super friendly. Honestly, Catalina's place is a definite keeper. On my personal experience, Catalina and her son Sean took me to the Bronx Zoo and later that afternoon, She took me on a 1 hour/40 min train ride to Coney Island to see the beach front and theme park, a must see. My appreciation for the BBQ invite with her daughter Luli, Adwin & friends. I felt truly honoured and blessed
