This was one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had! The unit itself was spacious, comfortable, very clean - and included all amenities needed for a long-term stay (toiletries, cooking oil and spices, paper towels etc.). The master bed was incredibly comfy, lots of storage space, patio was a nice bonus, and windows let in great light & views. Communication was 10/10 - from the welcome basket and detailed orientation packet, to the warm & prompt replies whenever we needed anything. Katie & Alan were also kind enough to set up an extra desk/chair for us since my husband and I were both working from home. We had only one issue towards the beginning of our stay, and they went above and beyond to resolve it for us. Location was beautiful (mountain views, park next door for midday walks), private garage parking was a huge plus with the snowy weather during our stay, and everything we needed was nearby (Safeway, coffee shop etc. within walking distance). Highly recommend this place!

My wife and I spent the entire month of October in Katie's place. It was roomy, comfortable, quiet, and located in a lovely and convenient setting that was accessible to everything we were interested in. The surrounding neighbors were quite friendly, even when they saw me coming with my dog. Katie was very responsive and friendly whenever I had a question or comment. Should we return to Boulder for a more extended stay, we would not hesitate to stay in Katie's place. Fred & Carol

Katie's place is situated in a great neighborhood with very friendly people and quick access to a great brewery and a slew of awesome local shops. The unit was very clean, sheets were super comfy, and the garage is a nice touch to be able to store outdoor gear. Katie was great at communicating and even accommodated us for needing one more desk and chair - which really made our work from home away from home situation great. Would definitely recommend staying here!
