Light and bright condo on the open gulf in Cedar Key! Beautiful views of the Gulf! Enjoy some island time while sitting by the pool, on the private fishing dock, or private beach. Launch kayaks from the private beach and explore the local waterways! Enjoy some amazing fishing while you are here- condo community boasts plenty of boat/trailer parking! Pet friendly (up to 2 dogs) with pet fees as follows: Pet fee is $50 per pet per visit, 2 pet maximum. Two bedroom, two bathroom condo. King sized bed in the master bedroom, queen sized bed in the guest bedroom. Incredible open water views from the balcony!

Great location close to everything but yet still quiet. Nice size patio facing the gulf!
This is a nice condo unit. Plenty of parking, the kitchen is the wonderfully equipped with lots of items. The town is walking distance and has very friendly shops. We enjoyed ourselves. Left a note for the cleaning crew of a few maintenence items. Very clean and the sunrises were amazing which we did not exoect being on the west coast of Florida. Did notbuse the pool as it was a little to chilly out, but looked and great shape, did enjoy the use of the hot tub. Location and town are wonderful.

Hello! I have lived in Cedar Key, Florida for four years with a population of 700. It is a small quaint island town surrounded by the Gulf. I am a realtor with Pelican Realty and I live here with my husband who is the director of UF/IFAS Nature Coast Biological Station. I have a passion for this small town as I visited often when growing up. I manage several rental properties and look forward to helping make your stay great!
