You are invited to enjoy the estate inside and out. The property was a realized dream of a local artist complete with double plastered walls, custom glazed artistic tile, stained glass widows and reclaimed wood flooring from a decommissioned pier. TOT: 4458N Permit: TVR22-0143 2 king bedrooms 2 Bathrooms and 1 queen sleeper sofa in family room. The open loft master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with rain shower, fully stocked Keurig Coffee machine and private deck overlooking gardens and sweeping views of the Vally below. The second bedroom is split between the family room and the staircase to master bedroom. It has a bathroom in the hallway with custom tiled shower, fully stocked Keurig Coffee machine and access to a large outdoor copper bathtub where you can lay back and enjoy a private viewing of the star filled night sky. Fully equipped kitchen features custom designed cabinets beautiful glazed tile countertops and an eat-in island at the center. 5 burner gas cooktop and oven. Grilling patio off the kitchen has 4 burner BBQ grill 12 cup coffee pot, coffee grinder, Nespresso Next with Aerofrother, Large Vitamix blender, Airfryer and Omega Juicer. The Living and dining room has seating in front of large wood burning fire place. Dinning table for 6 can be expanded to seat 8 Family room with a Wi-Fi connected 42 inch Tv, queen sleeper sofa, 2 club chairs, gas burning fireplace leather ottoman, desk and chair, books, board games puzzles dvd's and xbox one. Enjoy the openness and accessibility to pool area and back deck through 3 French doors. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children.

The house and grounds were beautiful! Jarrod was very quick at responding to all our questions. For our toddler, there was a high chair, pack n play, and toddler kitchen set which were very convenient. I didn’t realize there were so many stairs when I booked, so I spent a lot of time trying to distract our toddler from continually going up and down!
Our second stay in this magical retreat above the redwoods with breath taking views across the valley. The house is beautifully unique with interesting art everywhere from stained glass windows, bespoke tiles, and paintings. Every element of the house has been carefully chosen for design and comfort. The area is also unique with world class restaurants, outdoor activities and very tasty wine! We can’t wait for our next stay!

Beautiful doesn’t even begin to explain the property and the house. We arrived after dark, but Jarrod’s clear directions helped us easily find the home. It is extremely private and tucked back away in the trees. The home was clean, heated and playing soft music when we arrived (how comforting). Waking up was probably the most enjoyable (coming from a night owl), the view overlooking the trees, I could have sat in bed all day. The kids and dogs seemed to especially enjoy wandering the property to pick fruits from the trees and bushes. There are long term tenants nearby, but we never once saw them or heard them. Jarrod was also super accommodating and understanding when a personal situation came up, I have never experienced such hospitality. We are already planning our return. In the words of my husband “this is the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in.”
Great place, great home, beautiful property and responsive host. Would stay again.

The house is about 5 minutes outside of Graton, where there are 4 tasting rooms, three restaurants, a gallery and two convenience stores.
Please refrain from parking in the two spots to the left of the entry gate as those are for the long term tenant.
Anywhere else in the driveway is fine for up to 6 cars.
