Great place in great location. Good base to explore Seaton itself but also nearby Sidmouth and Lyme Regis! Kids loved the park a 2 minute walk away. Apartment exactly what we needed. Some of the interior doors (bedrooms/kitchen) don't close fully but otherwise a great little set up. Host responsive to messages and kindly allowed a slightly early check in.

The address needs to be clearer as it did not state the name or number of the property. Beds were very comfortable. Very accommodating for the baby, cot, high chair and toys provided and the outdoor space was great , good for families. Very close to all amenities.

John is a great host, always responsive, and he gave clear instructions. His place is in walking distance from the beach, in great condition, and we felt most welcome. Very thankful for a late checkout, which was feasible due to no follow up bookings.

어린아이 둘과 한달동안 완벽한 홀리데이를 보냈어요. 아침에 클리프 공원을 거쳐 시턴 바다까지 산책하고 오후에는 아이와 카약, 패들보트를 타고 저녁에는 근처 하버에서 크래빙을 즐겼습니다. 주차를 플랫 앞에 할 수 있어서 좋았고 가까이 테스코가 있어서 편리했어요. 숙소는 깨끗하고 사진보다 훨씬 좋습니다. 세탁기가 없어 걱정했지만 가까운 코인세탁소가 있어서 저희에게는 문제되지 않았어요. 근처 아름다운 데본지역을 돌아보고 지역축제를 즐기기에 좋은 위치입니다.
