Just a 15 minute drive from the beautiful sea side town of Southwold (passing Henham Park on the way), our annexe is a completely self-contained ground floor unit attached to our own home. It has it's own separate entrance and free off-street parking on the private drive. It's situated in the Market Town of Halesworth, just a 15 minute walk or a few minutes drive from the main Thoroughfare and all the independent shops, cafe's and eateries this lovely town has to offer. The Annexe has a fully functional kitchen area, where you can cook everything from toast to a roast. It has an electric oven, hob, microwave & fridge, with a good sized freezer box, plus crockery, cutlery and cooking pans and utensils. The kitchen area also has a breakfast bar with two bar stools and this area doubles up as a workspace if required. The accommodation has free Wi-Fi access and the living area has a Sony Bravia TV with an Amazon Fire Stick providing access to streaming services including BBC iplayer, Netflix & Prime. The bathroom has an electric shower, WC & hand basin and an electric toothbrush charging point. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe & bedside drawer unit. The annex is fully electric and heating is provided by four modern electric radiators; two in the Living area, one in the bedroom and a ladder radiator in the bathroom. There is a small paved area just outside your door with a bistro table and 2 chairs. Boundary fencing to our garden is provided by waist-height trellis fencing.

I had a fantastic stay at Stewart and Sue's place! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The annex was warm and immaculately clean, and Sue had very kindly provided everything needed to make a hot drink. She even offered me an umbrella as I had left mine at home. I was visiting Halesworth to view houses in the surrounding area, and Sue really did go above and beyond to help me in my quest. She is extremely knowledgeable about the local and surrounding areas, responded quickly to messages, and was so generous with her time. She is an outstanding host! Halesworth itself is a lovely town, and is conveniently situated for exploring other parts of Suffolk - including the coast. The Air BnB itself is just a short walk from Halesworth station, and not far from the town centre, which has a good selection of pretty boutique shops, three or four lovely pubs, and some great little restaurants. There is also a Coop a little further out, which is easily accessible by foot.

Close to Southwold with good road and rail links to explore further afield. The very friendly neighbourhood is just a 5-minute drive or a 15-minute walk away from the beautiful market town of Halesworth with independent shops offering exceptional quality and service and a lovely selection of places to eat in or take away. Good sized Co-Op supermarket within a 10-minute drive. Short walks from the house to local green spaces including the Millenium Green and beautiful walks in all directions from the town itself.
Hunters Moon Annex is perfectly situated for getting around; the property, whilst being well set back from the Southwold road, has easy access to various other main routes including the A12 which leads to many of the lovely nearby towns and villages. The City of Norwich is only a 45 minute drive away and Halesworth Train Station is a short walk from the property with direct connections to Ipswich & Lowestoft (superb links to further afield if you want to leave the car at home).
