Great, clean place. Inside is way nicer than the outside looks. Maybe i missed it in description but it is a duplex. Beds were comfortable and there were alot of thoughtful things like allergy medicine and ibuprofen, lots if toiletries which is nice in case you have forgotten anything. Nice place overall in a quiet neighborhood. Xbox was also a nice addition. Our 9 year old loved this and the little zen sand garden.

Advertised patio/deck in the back, it was unusable. Full of leaves, furniture was dirty. Bathroom downstairs did not have light bulbs in the fixture above the sink. We purchased them and then took them home. No comforter on the bed in the basement, found it in the dryer with towels, still wet. We started the dryer back up and finished drying them. Recommend getting a regular size coffee maker for guests. The 4 cup one just didn't work since there were 4 of us that liked coffee. Tim was very easy to communicate with . The location worked for us since we were there for a football game.
