My house is in a pleasant, tree lined road, opposite Georgian and Edwardian homes. It’s within a 5-10 minutes walk of the River Mill restaurant and pub, on a picturesque part of the River Ouse, where you can rent boats by the hour or just wander through the wild park area. Much closer there are many other pub-restaurants; Akhtar Indian (very good); various take aways and shops, including a post office, and Clarity Health and Beauty - also very good.
I often walk (15 minutes) into St Neots town centre where there are many good (non-chain) restaurants including two Italian, two Chinese, Thai, Turkish, Indian as well as the more usual Prezzo, Pizza Express etc. There is also an Arts Centre, Ten pin bowling, Museum and a four screen cinema

Off road parking for up to three cars is available. St Neots has a train station - if I’m free I could meet you in my car. There is also a bus service which runs close to my house, from Oxford to Cambridge, running through St Neots town centre.
Cambridge is a 25 minute drive and the very beautiful town of St Ives is 20 minutes.
I have a few bikes if you would like to use them.
