Second stay with the family for a wedding. Tried our best to stay here again even though Michelle's place was fully booked around our needed time but I am so glad it worked out! Clean upon our arrival after the reception. Our favorite part is that it is so spacious to have all our family under one roof, we get to hangout but also still have space and privacy for rest in the many rooms and area in the house. Large front and back yard, extra hangout space in the garage with chairs and more.

Great place! Plenty of space. Location was perfect. Only 15 minutes away from Monterey. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Close to stores and restaurants. Would definitely book here again!

Good layout for multiple people and families but it was pretty dirty and we had infants/crawlers with us so, they were finding all the trash (clothing tags, hair, paper, dust balls, money) on the floor. It was more rundown than pictured and needed maintenance (holes in walls with bad patches, outlets missing covers or falling off, garage side door didn’t close, etc). The kitchen was stocked well with everything you needed for cooking and a longer stay, but no Keurig and coffee pot was filthy. There was also a storm and one of the rooms had water coming in through the ceiling and pooling on the floor, so it was unusable- which they knew about and had a contractor out recently. Response about the cleaning and leak was “we will tell maid and we thought it was fixed,” so not particularly helpful which was disappointing. It was also very cold in the house and space heaters had to be used in every room which would have been nice to know about beforehand especially with young kids.

Amazing home for our family gathering! Great location and lots of space for everyone. Loved the outdoor space as well, couldn't enjoy it much since it was still cold & raining a bit but look forward to it in another visit. Games were a plus!!! Felt like home and host was awesome as well!!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home that families and friends can visit and make many new memories!
