One bed, one bathroom cottage with living room a kitchen space; conveniently located 0.5 miles from the wildlife refuge Bedroom - Has a queen Tempur-Pedic mattress bed. Two night stands with ample closet space. Bathroom- Has standard accommodations including a shower, sink and toilet. Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash provided. Kitchen- Basic small fridge, electric oven cook top. Sink and drying rack. No dishwasher and no garbage disposal. *Electric hot water kettle, coffee maker with coffee pods, microwave and cooking/eating utensils. Brita Filter provided. Living Room- Large couch, Internet, Smart TV (feel free to sign into your favorite streaming services for entertainment). Window A/C Unit, Propane Heating (Off between June-September, can be turned on per guests request). TV- Does not currently have cable. You will have to stream or cast your phone. Currently working on finding a local provider. Front Yard- Large fenced in yard with picnic table, perfect for letting your dogs stretch their legs and “smell the roses”
