This condo features 3 bedroom with 3 full baths along with every amenity your group would want and need in this ideal location. All bedrooms have an en-suite, which is perfect for multi-family guests. Views of the ocean can be seen from the master bedroom and living area. The unit boasts custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and brilliant granite counters in kitchen and baths. The master has a large en-suite with dual vanity and separate shower. The building has two under complex parking spaces and an elevator from the garage to your doorstep. There is a community heated pool with jacuzzi to be enjoyed year round. This beachfront condo is close to restaurants, attractions and Flagler Beach pier. This property will allow up to two dogs (no cats) under 50 pounds, which must be housebroken. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150. Any pet over the limit must obtain approval. However, NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS, DJs or BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. Keep the noise to a minimum after 10pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors at all time. - Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (10) at any time. Guest MUST select the correct number of guests staying during the reservation. Failure to do so will result in additional charges. - No more then three (3) vehicles allowed. - No smoking/vaping. If any evidence of smoking/vaping is found there will be a $245 additional cleaning charge. - Do NOT place luggage on furniture or linens. Any damage or stains to furniture or linens will be charged to the guest. - Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture. - Guests will need to complete required HOA paperwork prior to arrival, which will be sent via DocuSign to your email. The layout of this home is very spacious and the proximity to the beach is unbeatable. If you like quiet, sleepy beach towns with friendly locals this is your place. Also, the hosts were friendly and quick to respond. While this rental is offered up as a luxury unit be prepared to bring absolutely every single essential you might need. We had a party of eight for almost a one week stay and received one single roll of paper towel, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one dishwasher packet, no sponge, no hand soap in the kitchen, one towel per person, etc. The austerity was astounding. Also, the AC is tightly controlled so you can only adjust it so much. Again, not something one would expect for a unit at this price point.
We enjoyed staying here overall. The covered patio with an ocean view was a perfect place for our family to hang out and watch the kids play in the grass. The beach was a quick and easy to walk to, but some cars do go fast around there so we had to be careful when crossing the street with little ones. The beach here isn’t crowded at all, which we loved. The sand is different than other Florida beaches that I’ve visited, but nice in its own way. It’s loose and easy to dig into. The pool was a perfect temperature and I loved that they had a hot tub as well. Just be mindful of all the little step ups like the one at the front door, a few of us tripped coming in and out.
