Please be respectful of the neighbors at all time. - Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (10) at any time. Guest MUST select the correct number of guests staying during the reservation. Failure to do so will result in additional charges. - No more then three (3) vehicles allowed. - No smoking/vaping. If any evidence of smoking/vaping is found there will be a $245 additional cleaning charge. - Do NOT place luggage on furniture or linens. Any damage or stains to furniture or linens will be charged to the guest. - Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture. - Guests will need to complete required HOA paperwork prior to arrival, which will be sent via DocuSign to your email.
