The location of Jamerson’s place is great. The area is safe, convenient. Grocery stores, restaurants, and transportation stations are all in walking distance. The living space is very clean, and the kitchen is great. I enjoy cooking there and sharing food with my family everyday. Landlord Jamerson and Celso are very friendly and can respond quickly to our requirements. This place feels like home, and we love living here.

Jamerson est un super hôte ! logement idéalement bien situé, facile d accès proche des transports, différentes lignes de métro à moins de 250 m (station 39av Dutch Kills - 10 min de Times Square) et moins de 10 min à pieds (direction Central Park). Logement mieux que sur les photos, propres, impeccables, le ménage est fait tous les jours dans les pièces communes, cuisine, salle de bains... Notre chambre top et agréable,lumineuse, les matelas très confortables. Cuisine bien équipée, tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Le quartier est tranquille, calme, safe, nous nous y sommes senties en sécurité même en rentrant très tard la nuit, proches de tous types de commerces, restaurants, cafés etc...n' hésitez pas à vous balader aux alentours. Jamerson très réactif et répond a toutes interrogations. j'ai pu faire une machine (très facile). Nos colocataires étaient sympas. Je recommande 200% , très bon rapport qualité/ prix. Nous reviendrons très certainement. Merci beaucoup Jamerson pour tout🤗

Great communication with the host, very close to manhattan (different subway stations). Small, but clean and comfortable room.
