Everything about the Skyhouse was top-notch. The views from every room were spectacular but the rooftop and rooftop bedroom were especially special. Dinner, drinks, and watching the sunset from the rooftop patio was a highlight of our trip. The kitchen was well stocked and included plenty of filtered water for the week. The bathrooms were clean and included towels. It was also really nice to have beach chairs and umbrellas included. We played tennis one day with the rackets that were included and enjoyed the pool most evenings. Maybe the best part of the entire experience was renting a golf cart and having private parking right by the front door. Isis, Eric's assistant, was extremely responsive to texts and responded to questions within minutes every time. Oh, and the place was very quiet on the north side of town except for the soothing sounds of the waves crashing across the street. I highly recommend the Skyhouse.

Absolutely beautiful views of the ocean and Sayulita! Easy walk to town and the beach from this home. Yes, there are a lot of steps, but we didn't feel like we needed a golf cart. The north side of Sayulita has so many more restaurants now that you don't have to walk all the way into town if you don't want to. Overall, I wanted to love this space more than I did. I understand that they are doing some renovations now and that might be some of the issues we experienced. Luckily we were just two couples and didn't have to use the third bedroom. The bed frame was so loud it made it impossible to sleep, anytime someone rolled over it would wake the other person up. Pretty much impossible to use the beautiful room with the ocean view. Hopefully a new bed and frame is part of the reno plan!! Loved the views from the two decks and could have sat there for hours:)

the apartment is really great. The two levels really are pleasing to wake up and watch the waves or watch the sunset from. The location is on the north side of town so you are walking back towards town or to the beach. but the pool is great and the walk is not that far. There are lots of things to cook with, though there isn't a traditional oven, only a toaster oven and a air fryer. The house is stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. and the rooms are very comfortable with AC if it gets warm. we really like the place and want to come back again in the future!

Beautiful place, with a great view from the terrace or balcony. Excellent communication with host; Isis was extremely helpful. I only feel the kitchen is in need of more kitchenware.

We've stayed in 30+ AirBNBs. Eric's flat in Sayulita was the best overall experience from start to finish. The actual view and photos of the apartment did not do it justice. The private roof top over looking was an extra treat! The apartment was clean, well stocked, with comfortable beds, great ACs and very beautiful. Communication when booking, getting transportation help to/from PV airport as well as a golf cart during our stay, questions about little things - always responded to quickly and friendly. The location is very close to the beach and town is walkable, though most rent and I recomend a golf cart. We will return to Sayulita in the near future and 100% will stay there again.
