Ann was a great host really proactive and helpful, the recommendations she had on taxis etc were really useful and the location was lovely the kids really enjoyed it.

Lovely chalet, very clean and well equipped. Great view over the Solent and Isle of Wight. Very responsive host. Hope to return and would highly recommend it.

We've been visiting this location for almost 10yrs so we're extremely familiar with the site & local area. Ann's communication was always quick & concise. Unfortunately, on arrival we found there was rice left on the table, the tablecloth was dirty, a couple of ants were on the kitchen top, there was grease on the hob, hair in the freezer compartment, dirty cutlery, there were no dishcloths provided. We used the mop & hoover provided but both were filthy & extremely smelly. There was no apparent carbon monoxide sensor in the property? All bedlinen & towels were clean, beds & sofa bed were all comfortable. Shower was fabulous, but the door leaked. There's a big crack in the entrance hall window, with a small bag hanging over it. Windy conditions resulted in noise/some draught. Ann told us the patio door had been broken by previous occupiers on the day we arrived, but this wasn't attended to during our visit. The lounge furniture was very basic for a family of 4 adults to relax at night

Had a lovely stay here. Very clean home, beautiful views, very attentive host. Felt instantly comfortable and at home on arrival. Comfortable rooms, very clean facilities, felt very homely. Ann was a great host who was very proactive with information as well as responding to messages almost instantly. I felt very looked after. Would absolutely stay here again.

Ann is absolutely lovely. You really couldn't ask for more from a host. Thank you. The chalet is gorgeous, peaceful and beautifully decorated. I fully recommend both Ann and the chalet to anyone looking to book.
