Large apartment for Paris with everything available for a comfortable stay. Hosts were communicative and responded quickly to questions and were helpful and flexible. Will definitely recommend to friends!

Sacha's apartment is very close to the metro and a supermarket, which is great. It is a very good apartment with nice decoration and quiet neighbours. The second bed is a sofa bed, and it is quite good, well above average. The only downside is that only one of the bathrooms has a toilet, and in our opinion this was not clear in the listing. The bathrooms pictures titles say "Full Bathroom 1" and "Full Bathroom 2", which led us to believe that there were two toilets. After checking-in, we looked at the listing again and saw that this is somewhat mentioned in the description, as only one of the bathrooms mentions "WC". But again, in our opinion, this should be more clearly stated, like "2 Bathrooms, 2 showers, 1 WC", because as a group of 4, the "2 full bathrooms" were decisive when choosing this apartment. Sacha is a good host, interested in knowing whether our stay was going well and, in addition, he responded quickly to any questions we had. I recommend this apartment.

We had a very nice stay at this apartment. It was quiet, very nicely decorated, super clean, and very comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen. Sacha and Khalifa were incredibly responsive from beginning to end - So nice!! The apartment building is located on a smaller street in an older building in a regular, non-touristy neighborhood. It's near 2 metro stops, has several buses that run nearby on the main street, and is also quite walkable to the Bastille, etc. It's also got a Velib' rental bike station 1 block away so great for riding around Paris (my preferred option!) The apartment itself is upstairs (2 flights, no elevator - not too bad). It's very quiet and it has windows overlooking 2 courtyards - we stayed in winter and were very grateful for the modern radiator heating (worked great) and dual paned windows. I would imagine that the apartment would be great for warmer months, too, as it has cross-ventilation. We would definitely stay at this apartment again. Lovely!

sacha et son cohote est très réactif et attentionné. le logement est fonctionnel propre et même plus grand que ce qu'il partait sur les photos. l'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Paris . le métro bus à proximité. je recommande vivement
