Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. We Sit on 2 lots of open space so you will have peaceful quiet mornings to enjoy your cup of coffee while looking out at the Indian Peak Wilderness Mountain Range and the foothills of Boulder. As of April 2024 all 3 bathrooms have been updated and are brand new fixtures. Complete with heated toilet seats and bidets in the powder room and master bathroom.

Such a lovely home! Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. Everything about the stay was flawless. Would certainly recommend!
We stayed at Alyssa’s place for CU Boulder Parents Weekend. The house was amazing and spotless. We had everything we needed to truly enjoy our stay. Location was an easy 15 min drive into Boulder. Very quiet and peaceful. We hope to come back again soon!

Gunbarrel is for beer and tea lovers! Within 1 mile of our home we have 4 local breweries as well as the famous Celestial Seasonings! You can easily walk to them by nature trails We also have a King Soopers grocery store, liquor store, dispensary, coffee shops, and restaurants all within a 2 mile radius as well! Lastly, you can enjoy a quick stroll around twin lakes which is practically in our backyard. Twin lakes offers beautiful views to the front range mountains.
Gunbarrel is a 15 minute drive to downtown Boulder/Pearl Street. We recommend having the use of a car to maximize your stay.

Hi! We are Alyssa & Mike and we have been living in Colorado for 12 years. We are in our early 30’s and love adventures. Alyssa is an elementary teacher and Mike is a hydrologist working for the USGS . On our free time we like to cook, ski, backpack and of course travel!
