Great spot and just what we needed for graduation week-away from the fray but easy access to CU and our students. We really enjoyed the peaceful back deck!

Stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday which was somewhat daunting as I needed to prepare some dishes for our family gathering and am used to running around in my own kitchen. Steve’s place had absolutely everything we needed to comfortably prepare what needed to be done. EVERYTHING. On top of that his home was comfortable, very clean, and in a very quiet neighborhood. We even saw two foxes chasing each other out the window! We would visit again in a heartbeat!

This was by far the best Air BnB I've ever stayed at, for a host of reasons: - Steven was extremely responsive - The place was clean and welcoming - Kitchen is extremely well stocked - There is a working fireplace :) - The location is easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood - There were other items that are often missing from Air BnB which you need in a home -- ie. tissues (they were in every room!), hand lotion in the bathroom, lots of paper towels and toilet paper, etc. - The beds were comfy and I think I may have to find the couches and buy them! You don't even realize there is a co-host in a closed off, not accessible part of the house. I was initially a little hesitant about that when reading the description but it really shouldn't be a concern. Wanted to share that assuming others will have that same thought. There were fresh flowers on the table when we arrived which was such a nice, welcoming touch. This is a lovely place that I would highly recommend

Steven’s home was awesome. There is a beautiful deck and patio furniture. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything from utensils, appliances, spices, oils, herbs, etc. There was a tv we never used because he also has a great selection of games. It’s was a simple check in with a code to the door. There was a binder with a few house rules and instructions on how to use a variety of things in the home. The checkout was also a simple process. Steven communicated quickly to all my inquiries during my stay. He made recommendations for the neighborhood and also left maps and additional information about the surrounding area. We had a great time! If you’re ever in Boulder, stay at Steven’s! It’s only a 10 to 15 minute drive to downtown.

The house was wonderful…very clean, organized and perfectly located for our visit with family who live nearby. The kitchen was very well stocked. There was a grocery store close by, so picking up breakfast items and snacks was quick and easy. The deck was perfect for morning coffee with nice furniture and beautiful flowers all around. Steven was very friendly and communicative. We reached out because of a small issue with the ice maker and the next thing you know there was a cooler with a bag of ice and jugs of water on the front porch. I would recommend this lovely home and meticulous host to anyone looking in this area of Boulder. When we return to Colorado next year, we will definitely stay here again if available.
